It’s a fine line indeed when government decides to impose religious restrictions upon the citizens of our nation. It’s a fine line between imposing religion and interference in freedom of religion. And to look more closely, that fine line vanishes as one reviews the crimes of the Holocaust! Mass murder peeks over the horizon... and comes closer to obliviate any objection to the domination imposed by pious, judgmental religious arrogance. We in the USA are free to practice faith as we choose. Not as we are permitted to choose and we are also able to practice atheism without interference.

Thank you for your voice, Frank. So many people in my circle think I'm an alarmist, but they weren't raised and indoctrinated in Christian fundamentalism. They have no clue that the Republican party has been taken over by White Christian Nationalists. I keep pointing to Roe V Wade and the Dobbs decision and remind them that the Republicans play a long game and have been at this for at least 50 years, and that I was part of that movement. I have an insiders vantage point that they don't have.
